Shahad aur Dalchini ke Fawaid ~ Honey and Cinnamon Benefits

Salon se Dadiyan Naniyan chote mote amraaz ka ilaj gharilu totkon se karti aayi hain. Honey aur cinnamon amooman gharilu ilaj mein baksrat istemaal kia jata hai. Shehad (honey) ko aik mkammal ghiza bhi kaha jata hai. Is mein kayi amraaz ki shafa hai.

Is ki afadiyat se kisi ko inkar nahi. Dar haqeeqat Shehad (honey) aur dalchini (Cinnamon) mein qudrati tor par aise khawas paaye jate hain keh yeh sdyon se unginat totkon, gharilu ilaj waghira ka lazmi juzu hain. Kayi choti moti bimaryon mein in totkon par amal kar ke fulu, khansi, nazlah zukam, gale ki kharash waghirah se nijat hasil ki ja skti hai. Sehad (honey) neem garam pani mein 1 spoon mila kar raat ko sote waqt pine se afaqah hoga.
Aik cup pani mein do tukray darchini, 1 chutki chaye ki patti daal kar ubal lein aur chaan kar shehad mila lein aur subah nehar munh piyein.
1 tbsp neem garam shehad , aik chutki pisi huyi dalchini mila kar khane se thand se paida hone wale masail se nijat mile ga.

1spoon neem garam shehad subah nehar munh aur raat sote waqt le lia jaye to be had afaqah mehsoos hoga.
Hazme ke masail (Digestive problems)

Pait mein dard ya maroor ho to neem garam shehad mein pisi huyi dalchini mila kar khane se pehle kha lein. Pait ke dard mein aaram hone ke sath tezabyut ke masail ko bhi afaqah hoga.
Jild ke Masail (Skin Problems)

Jild ke kayi masail , jaise acne aur eczema waghirah mein bhi shehad (honey) aur dalchini (cinnamon) ka istemaal khasa mufeed hai, kiun keh honey aur cinnamon ke mixture mein aise khawas paye jate hain jo jildi bimaryon mein shafayabi ka sabab bante hain. Shehad aur pisi huyi dalchini ka gharha aameza bana kar jild par lagaya jaye, to kharish se chutkara hasil hone ke sath daagh dhabbon ko bhi saaf kar deta hai.
Dalchini for Weight Loss

1 glass pani mein cinnamon ke 2-3 pieces, 1/2 tsp sufaid zirah aur taza podina ki 10-12 pattiyan podinah ki dandi samet daal kar boil kar lein aur chan lein. Phir honey mila kar din mein aik dafa pine se wazan mein numayan kami waqai hoti hai.
Joron ka dard (Arthritis)

Dalchini aur shehad ke rozanah istemaal se joron ke dard ke amrizon ko khasa afaqah hota hia. Copenhagen University honey research ke mutabiq joron ke dard ke mutasirah marizon ko rozanah nehar munh 1 tbsp honey mein ½ tsp pisi huyi dalchini mila kar di gayi, jis ke natije mein inhein aik mahine mein hi afaqah hua .
Shehad aur dalchini (cinnamon) hamari sehat ke liye be had mufeed hai is ke istemaal se barhti umer ke asraat jald zahir nahi hote. Yeh mosami virus se bhi mehfooz rakhta hai aur dil ki sehat ke liye bhi mufeed hai.

Kisi bartan mein garam karein. Barah rast chulhay ya microwave mein garam karne se gurez karein. Cinnamon aur shehad ko bhi mqarrarah mqdar se zaid mein istemaal na kia jaye.
